153 TKD (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the "153 TKD” mobile application (the “App”) to provide students with class schedules, news and updates, form videos, and Korean Taekwondo flashcards. Protecting your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to contact us.

3. Summary of what we collect
We only collect the following personal data through the sign-in / account process hosted by Wix:

Email address (required to create and sign in to an account)

Password (securely stored and managed by Wix authentication)
We do not collect: name, phone number, location, analytics, photos, payment card details, or other personal data through the App.
4. How data is collected & who stores it

Account credentials (email and password) are collected through Wix’s authentication service and stored by Wix under your account settings. We do not store full payment card details (if any payments occur outside the app via other systems).

The App itself does not collect analytics or device identifiers.
5. Purpose of processing
We use the collected email and password only to:

Authenticate enrolled students and provide access to student-only content (schedules, videos, flashcards, news).

Send account-related emails necessary for access (e.g., password reset) when requested.
6. Sharing & third parties

Wix: Authentication and account storage are provided by Wix. Please refer to Wix’s privacy policy for their handling of account data.

Apple / App Store: App distribution is via Apple; they process App Store transactions and related metadata under their own policies.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. Data retention
We retain account data (email and the authentication record) for as long as the account exists. If you request account deletion, we will remove the account data from our systems and request Wix to delete associated authentication records in accordance with their processes. After deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited time as required by law or for fraud prevention.
8. Access, correction & deletion
To access, correct, or request deletion of your account data, email: 153taekwondo@gmail.com. For deletion requests we will:

Verify ownership of the account (for safety), and

Process the deletion request within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days), subject to any legal obligations to retain data.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. Authentication credentials are handled by Wix, which provides standard security controls (hashed passwords, secure transport). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we will notify affected users if a data breach affecting their data is discovered, where required by law.
10. Children’s privacy
If a student under the age of 18 uses the App, parental consent is required for account creation. Parents may contact us at 153taekwondo@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s account.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will show a new “Last updated” date. We will notify users within the App for major changes.
